Katies journel. Log 4.

The day he asked Katie to tell him the truth and not keep things from her she did. That day when they got to the cross walk after they hugged and gave eachother a little kiss. She showed him her arm and she had cuts and katie told him she cut herself. He was so tempted to show katie the cuts on his arm. The night him and barbie had started going out, he had cut katies name into his arm. And added another one almost every day after that. It kept geting worse. He found out her mom hit her bad. And that Katie was very suicidal. She also had bi polar and split personality disorder and she had depression, but so did he. He just never really mentioned it much so he could make her think he could make it better. Which he spent almost all his time trying to do because he cared for Katie so much. He tryed to get the hiting to stop but he couldent convince her to talk to her mom to stop. A month went by, they spent till 1am on the phone talking about eachother and how much they cared. He told her he would spend every moment of his time to try and get her to feel better and that it would all be ok one day he promised. He set it as his goal in life to make hers perfect and did anything to make that happen. December 13th sunday before school the next day. Its 7:38 P.M. and katie had stoped replying and he was hoping she wasnt in another fight with her mom. Katies phone randomly called out of nowhere. She was fighting. Katie was trying to get a pillow from her sister but her sister wouldent give it to her. So when katie finally got it she brushed it against her sisters face but her sister told her mom she hit her with it. Her mom favored Katies sister so she got mad at katie and they started arguing. When she had called it was when katies mom had taken her phone and accidetntly called him. They had been arguing and katies mom threw the phone at katie to give it back. They kept arguing as he listened almost in tears. Then Katie snaped and told her mom to leave her alone and just stop yelling. Her mom picked up a dog bowl and…… Well I’d rather not continue. He can still hear her voice screaming the exact words. He does not want to share what she said or screamed, He does apolagize for this. After listening to that he was bawling in his room almost puking and wanting to scream for them to stop. He ran to his mom and told her what happend and while talkin with his mom katie herd talking from her phone a hung up. The boy and his mom tryed to find a way to find out where katie lived to go try and get her. But no one knew where she lived exactly. So a half hour passed his dad came home and they waited for katie to replyed or call back. He was still in tears shaking and repeating her name saying “Please be ok katie, please” over and over. His dad said he had never seen his son that upset or worried over anything or anybody. Shows you how much she ment only after dating for a little over a month. She finally replyed and he instantly grabed the phone but almost screamed becuase his ring tone reminded him of what happend on the phone, and still to this day it hurts to hear his phone go off when sombody calls. He called her and asked her if she was ok. Then his mom took the phone made sure she was ok and didnt need to come get her. After his parents went to bed he begged her to talk to her mom to get it to stop, She wrote her mom a note and it all stoped and he never felt happyer till that point<3 She didnt come to school on monday because of the bruises and he cryed all day. They talked all night after he got out of school, they next day she came but only he could see the bruises through her make up. He almost started crying again but instead he just grabed her by the hands and put one hand on her cheek brand her face in and kissed every last one, even the ones that were covered up by clothes, because some how he just knew. Theyre relationship continued through christmas and his aunt went into the hospital for a lung disease already geting through two cases of breast cancer. They thought she wouldent make it but she did. The whole time sweet katie was by her boyfreinds side making him feel better and at the same time he was dealing with that. He still always tryed to make her feel better and happy, for the cutting and thoughts of suicide to stop because he wanted her to be noting but completly and utterly happy. A snow day hit and they spent all day on the phone together, once again at 3:46 another thing that devined theyre relationship happend. They found theyre song that will be played at theyre wedding. God Bless The Broken Road By Rascal Flatts.<3 He didnt know it but when she left the phone for a minute he began to sing and she came back without him knowing. She listened to him sing as she would for the next 5 days as she asked each night before they went to bed. His birthday came, she was the first and the last to wish him happy birthday for his 13th. Even tho it was terrible, he was sick and all his freinds had to leave early.
